Fees consultation report now available

Disclosure Scotland has published its consultation analysis report on fees discounts and waivers.

This report outlines key findings and is being used to inform the policy development on the future fees for Disclosure Scotland services.

The consultation ran from 5 March until the 28 May 2024 and received significant interest from individuals and organisations across Scotland

We received over 1,200 responses and spoke directly to 175 organisations to find out their views.

This consultation was a crucial step to shaping new legalisation and is part of our work to implement the changes to the Disclosure Act.

Our fees consultation will inform fee regulations to be laid in early 2025.
